Project Manager / Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated, Project Manager / Team Leader fluent in English and Armenian/Russian eager to participate in an international project for the implementation of an e-Government solution to the public sector in Armenia. This position requires some physical presence at our client’s premises in Yerevan, Armenia.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate project operations.

• Train the client’s nodal users on the delivered e-Government software solution.

• Deliver train-the-trainer training.

• Quality assurance on the Armenian or Russian versions of deliverable documents.

• Report to our Contract Manager regarding the project’s progress.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science or engineering.

• At least 7 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Team Leader in the implementation of IT systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent command of the Armenia and Russian language (preferably, native speaker).

• Excellent command of the English language.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the development or deployment of big IT projects and e-Government solutions.
