A Retail group based in Drogheda are delighted to be hiring an expereinced Deli Supervisor to join their team.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining food safety standards.
The Role:
Manage and lead a team of deli associates, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure the deli department is well-stocked with fresh and high-quality products
Create and maintain attractive deli displays to showcase our products
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure profitability
Train new employees on deli procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
