Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, technology-driven and value-oriented CTO – Digital & AI to shape the Group's technology vision and lead its digital and AI agenda across Eva Pharma Group, including EVA Medicine, Limitless Care and Care Point. 

This is a Group-level leadership role focused on leveraging technology, data and AI to build competitive advantage, accelerate growth, enable new business models, enhance organizational capabilities and enhance customer and patient impact. 

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the CTO will define the Group's long-term technology, digital and AI vision and translate it into a strategic roadmap aligned with CEO and Board priorities. 

The CTO will act as a strategic partner to the business — identifying how technology, data and emerging AI capabilities can transform business models, strengthen organizational capability, improve customer and patient experiences, and unlock new opportunities.
