The Acquisitions Closing Analyst supports the successful closing of single-family residential acquisitions by managing transaction documentation, title requirements, settlement statements, and closing readiness from contract execution through funding and post-closing handoff.
This role serves as a key liaison among internal teams, title companies, builders, brokers, lenders, and other transaction partners.
