We are looking for a Director, Consumer Growth (AI-Native) to own paid and organic acquisition for the Consumer business and build the agent infrastructure that runs it. This is a hands-on role: you will set strategy across paid social, paid search, SEO, and organic, then build and operate the AI agents that execute media buying, creative iteration, and reporting with limited day-to-day human direction.
