Overview

As our Senior Marketing Specialist for the DACH region, you will own the growth funnel for our biggest and most important market, turning curious visitors into booked demos. Working hands-on in HubSpot, you'll design experiments, automate the customer journey, and build the systems that turn one-off wins into compounding, measurable growth. This is a role for someone who treats a stalled conversion rate as a puzzle worth solving, and who loves watching the numbers move because of something they built. ✨

Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)
