Intro
We make healthy eating effortless. Every. delivers 100% plant-based, additive-free meals, shock-frozen harvest-fresh and ready in under ten minutes, on a subscription built around habit rather than novelty. Our mission: simplifying healthy habits.
Around 50 people in Berlin, operating across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the BENELUX. We're profitable-minded, we're roughly doubling this year, and we're building toward €250M and beyond.
Why this role
Most of our growth so far has come from one channel. We're strong on Meta, we've built an in-house influencer team and the creative function to support it, and we’re working on scaling Google. To continue growing at this pace we need to accelerate cracking new channels while building the operations to scale existing ones.
We don't know where our current channels top out. We've never run YouTube, podcast or TV. We have no organic motion and no internationalisation play-book. Our attribution and martech set-up works with concentrated spend but is too basic to measure incrementality around a diverse marketing mix. We need to advance the infrastructure to support more sophisticated testing.
Your responsibilities
Performance marketing and everything that comes next: YouTube, search, referral, organic, affiliate, and the channels beyond performance — podcast, TV, OTT, OOH.
