About the role

The Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant

payroll tax operations across multiple states and jurisdictions. This role blends hands-on

payroll experience with deep knowledge of employer tax requirements, account

registrations, notice resolution, and quarterly/year-end filings. The ideal candidate is detail-

oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable navigating federal, state, and local tax

agencies.
