As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of clinical research projects from study start-up through close-out. Acting as the primary point of contact for Sponsors and Clients, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project milestones are achieved, manage risks effectively, and maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, Clinical Trials, and ICH-GCP compliance, combined with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sponsors and Clients, ensuring effective communication, alignment on study objectives, and timely delivery of agreed milestones and project deliverables.
- Lead the planning, execution and oversight of clinical research projects, defining study timelines, project stages, risk assessments and contingency plans in collaboration with Sponsors.
