We're looking for a collaborative, business-savvy Senior Corporate Counsel to build out our federal, state/local, and education (FED/SLED) legal function from the ground up — while also supporting certain commercial deal work across the business. This is a rare opportunity to shape how Evolv approaches public sector contracting and operations, working closely with sales, compliance, and leadership to establish scalable processes as our public sector business grows.

What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic guidance and counsel across the public sector landscape, ranging from sales questions related to public sector contracts (FED/SLED) to counseling on regulatory requirements and everything in between.
