Before an owner earns a dollar, their home has to be set up, photographed, permitted, priced and listed — and every one of those steps is a place where owners stall or drop off.
As Principal Product Manager for Activation, you'll own that journey, from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing. You'll be measured on how many owners go live, how quickly, and whether they're still with us six months later — not just on activation volume.
