About the role
Exactera is scaling its finance function and is looking for a highly dependable Senior Accountant who combines strong US GAAP knowledge with a process-builder mindset and a high degree of personal accountability. This role is for someone who earns trust by delivering accurate work on tight schedules, raising issues early, and driving them through to resolution.
Exactera helps large multinationals manage complex tax work, including transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, indirect tax, and audit defense. We are evolving from a software-and-services business into an AI-native, tech-enabled services company where technology performs more of the underlying work and experienced practitioners provide the judgment required for accurate, defensible outcomes.
You will take ownership across the corporate accounting activities behind our P&L, including cost of revenue, operating expenses, procure-to-pay, payroll, intercompany accounting, and related balance sheet accounts.
