What You'll Do
- Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences with a strong focus on AI-related learning content
- Analyze training needs and define suitable learning solutions for self-paced and blended formats
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning goals, target audiences, and success criteria
- Structure learning journeys, courses, practical activities, assessments, and supporting materials
- Transform complex technical and business information into clear, practical, and learner-friendly content
- Develop courses directly in Sana Learn LMS using its built-in authoring and engagement features
- Create video scripts, knowledge checks, practice tasks, assessments, and job aids
- Use Synthesia to develop AI-avatar videos when required
- Review and continuously imp
