What You’ll Do
- Respond to common user questions and provide clear, accurate information about available IT services.
- Communicate with users regarding the status, progress, and resolution of reported issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine hardware, software, network, VPN, and endpoint incidents using established procedures and tools.
- Escalate issues that require additional technical expertise or authorization.
- Report the status of assigned tasks and communicate risks or impediments promptly.
- Create, update, and maintain tickets, task hierarchies, and related links in Jira.
- Perform assigned tasks under direct supervision and participate in required team meetings.
- Contribute to technical discussions and communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.
