What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the Weekly Delivery Pulse and Monthly RAG reporting for P1/P2 accounts
- Monitor utilization, bench, and ramp-up/down trends, proactively managing exceptions to keep delivery on track
- Maintain dashboards and delivery health metrics (scope, schedule, quality, team, commercials, governance)
- Track headcount movement, bench, and ramp-down risk across accounts
- Partner with HR, Talent, and Resourcing to maintain visibility into open positions, time-to-fill, and redeployment
- Drive action follow-ups across Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, and CoE leads, enforcing owners and due dates
- Support the delivery governance cadence, including agendas, minutes, action logs, and risk registers
- Partner with Finance on margin and revenue reporting accuracy
