What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurateHR-relatedrecords and support compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
- Prepare and issue employment- and payroll-related documents and certificates requested by employees (including employment contracts, contracts amendments etc.)
- Produce employment and earnings certificates, payroll confirmations, and other standard employment documents
- Collaboration with the dedicated residency legalization department regarding employment and changes to working conditions.
- PPK (Employee Pension Plan) administration
- Benefits administration
- Collaboration with an external payroll service provider regarding payroll processing and employee registration with ZUS
- Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance, Legal, Office Administration when needed
