What You’ll Do
- Own delivery execution across an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts, from kickoff through steady-state delivery
- Bridge presales and delivery: ensure solutions committed to in the sales cycle are scoped realistically and set up for profitable delivery
- Own account health reporting for the portfolio (Weekly Delivery Pulse and Monthly RAG) with clear status, risks, and actions
- Drive gross margin performance within the portfolio: ramp-up, bench, utilisation, PTO leakage, and booking discipline
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage the Delivery Managers wit
