Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and implement data-driven strategies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- Proven experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interpret data to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
