Job Description
To strengthen our team in Kloten, Zuerich or in Morbio Inferiore, Ticino we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional in the Seafreight sector. If you are passionate about international logistics, enjoy taking responsibility, and are eager to grow in a dynamic environment, then you are the right person for us!
Responsibilities
- Independently manage ocean freight shipments (bookings, pickups, etc.)
- Provide support and consulting to customers to ensure the highest service quality and develop business relationships
- Coordinate with business partners (shipping lines, etc.) and our offices worldwide to ensure smooth operations
- Design and implement customized processes (SOPs) to achieve agreed KPIs and optimize process quality
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in ocean freight
- Structured, quality-oriented working approach
- Strong customer focus and team-working skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
Fluent German language is a must
