Security Solutions Engineer
When a customer hits a thorny technical question, someone at Expel needs to have the answer. Fast, accurate, and complete. That's where you come in.
As a Security Solutions Engineer (SSE), you're the technical backstop for our Customer Success organization. When our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) run into complex technical challenges, you're the person they turn to. You'll dig in, troubleshoot, and deliver answers that help our customers get the most out of Expel.
You'll work closely with a team of technical experts and collaborate across Security, Detection & Response Engineering, and other Engineering teams to build a deep understanding of our platform, integrations, detection strategies, and security operations. Just as importantly, you'll turn that knowledge into documentation, enablement, and repeatable solutions that help the broader organization become more effective over time.
