Senior Construction Manager | Building Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead all construction activities for a major building project in Qatar - Leading Main Contractor.
The Construction Manager will have overall responsibility for site execution, construction planning, resource management, subcontractor coordination, productivity, safety, quality, and timely project delivery. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will lead all site construction teams and ensure that the project is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the approved programme and contract requirements.
This role requires a highly experienced construction professional with a proven background in delivering complex building projects for leading main contractors.
- Lead and manage all site construction activities from commencement through project completion.
- Develop construction strategies, work sequences, and execution plans aligned with the project programme.
- Manage site teams including Construction Managers, Project and Site Engineers, General Foremen, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Staff, etc.
- Direct and coordinate all subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
