Position: Customer Care Associate, Customer Care
Employment Type: Permanent and Contract (10 months)
This position is for an actual permanent vacancy and a contract vacancy of 10 months. Applicants for this competition may also be considered for future permanent and contract opportunities over the next 12 months.
Compensation Details:
- Customer Care 13: Salaries typically range from $51,955 to $69,273 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive (perm role only).
Location:
- Export Development Canada operates under a hybrid work model, with employees currently required to work from the office three days per week.
- This role will be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa.
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria (perm role only).
