About the role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help build the engineering and technical teams at F2.

You'll partner directly with our engineering leadership to identify and hire exceptional engineers across software engineering, forward deployed engineering, AI, infrastructure, and other technical roles.

This is a highly hands-on recruiting role. You'll own searches end-to-end, but sourcing will be at the center of what you do. We're looking for someone who knows how to map technical talent markets,
