As we scale our engineering organization, maintaining the rock-solid reliability of our live core engine is paramount. This will be your mission as Head of Business Continuity.
Your team provides the high-performance operational runway that enables our rapid growth. As we evolve and scale, your role is to ensure the continued reliability of the live platform that keeps our biggest retail clients successful every day. This requires deep engineering judgment, exceptional operational leadership, and a calm and clear communication style.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Coaching: Drive performance management, hiring, 1-on-1s, and development for your team of 8 engineers. Foster a culture of quality and operational accountability.
