The Role Manage the sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing. Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives. Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects. Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets. Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively. Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams , including SDR's, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership teams. Drive the DACH Markets expansion for Factorial by understanding the landscape, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as the leading solution. At Factorial, we don't cap our bonuses —your only limit is you. Your Profile Multilingual Mastery: Native in German and fluent in English. Valued Experience: At least two years of experience on a sales position ideally in SaaS high-growth environment . Tech Enthusiast: A natural passion for digital innovation and tech-savviness + Experience with MEDDPICC is a big plus Strategic Visionary: Experience in stakeholder management, forecasting, pipeline management, and critical communication skills are essential. Soft Skills Superstar: Detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow within our exciting team.
