Sales Development Representative DACH Market

You want to make money and aren’t shy about it. The Role Prospecting, Strategising and Qualifying the best leads with the Account Executives. Engage with prospects via high volume cold-calling, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach. Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales team. Create your own strategy to seek and analyse prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts. Analyse prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions. Confirm Clients needs, develop initial clients profile and help to build the most personalised solution; Collaborate with multiple teams. Your Profile You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written). You bring experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Project Management, or similar. You are driven, persistent , and have a strong desire to succeed. A sales mindset comes naturally to you – achieving goals motivates you. You’re well-organized and comfortable using CRM tools to stay on top of tasks. You're confident making outbound calls and enjoy engaging with prospects. A true team player who is also self-motivated and proactive. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and embrace new challenges.
