About this role:

Community Growth Manager

fal has a large community of developers, creative technologists, hackers, and creators building at the frontier of generative media. We’re looking for someone to grow that community across every channel and turn it into a thriving network, both online and in person.

You’ll own community growth across events, hackathons, creator competitions, webinars, Discord, Reddit, and developer content like demos, prompt guides, and walkthroughs. The goal is to find and engage the best builders in generative media, give them reasons to keep building with fal, and create a community that
