FanDuel is looking to add a Senior Counsel for Regulatory Engagement to its legal team with 5+ years of legal experience to manage investigations, enforcement actions, and engage with regulators in this exciting, expanding field.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

This position will work with a fantastic team of legal and regulatory professionals working to engage FanDuel’s regulators for all products across the United States and Canada and assist with FanDuel’s continued innovation of those products. Reporting to FanDuel’s Director of Regulatory Engagement, this role will join a sophisticated team of experts and will:
- Manage investigations involving regulatory inquiries, incidents, and escalated customer complaints regarding responsible gaming, integrity, fraud and payments, marketing, risk and trading, account management, and other areas of regulatory interest
- Own all necessary documentation, auditing, controls, metrics, and
