FanDuel is looking for an HR Technology Senior Analyst – Workday to help optimize, support, and evolve our global Workday ecosystem. This role will serve as a key technical and functional resource across Workday, with responsibility for system configuration, business processes, enhancements, production support, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement. 

You'll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Technology, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple functional areas, with required configuration expertise in HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. 

This is an opportunity to take broad ownership across the Workday platform while helping shape the continued evolution of FanDuel's HR technology landscape. 

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
