What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and networking

• Connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, and present personalized insurance solutions

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products

• Prepare quotes, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM system

• Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers

• Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Develop lasting customer relationships that support referrals and continued growth

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Is motivated by achieving goals and increasing their earning potential

• Enjoys sales, connecting with people, and building professional relationships

• Is comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale

• Brings previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred, not required)

• Is confident, self-motivated, coachable, and willing to take initiative

• Can stay organized, manage multiple prospects, and consistently follow through

• Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Is bilingual (a plus, but not required)
