Rather than managing a personal book, you’ll serve as a catalyst for success in partnership with agency owners, sales leaders, and producers across District 40. Through strategic coaching, innovative training initiatives, and collaborative goal setting, you’ll drive increased growth, competitive performance, and lasting excellence to elevate our agencies to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Coach agency teams on Life and Commercial sales and process improvement
Identify new opportunities in current books and prospecting pipelines
Educate agency staff on Life and Commercial products
