Job Description:

Requirements:

• High school education
• Knowledge of basic finance procedures
• Conversational English
• User-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Tasks:

• Record and verify incoming supplier invoices, prepare payments
• Create, archive, and distribute sales invoices
• Support cash application and local cash collection activities
• Provide invoice-related documents and resolve queries from customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with Operations, Credit, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams
• Monitor and follow up on billing issues and complaints
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Suggest  process improvements
• Participate in finance-related projects
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned
