The Role

This role works closely with the CEO and keeps the company's core operating rhythm running. That means recurring reports delivered on time, trackers that are always up to date, deadlines that never slip, and cross-functional projects that actually get finished. It sits at the center of how leadership makes decisions, communicates with investors, and executes day to day.

You'll have room to design new processes and improve how we work. But a large part of the role is recurring, behind-the-scenes execution, and doing it consistently well is the job. If you get real satisfaction from a process that runs smoothly because you're looking after it, you'll thrive here. If you mainly want to build something new every week, this probably isn't the right fit.
