Veterinary Technician - ICU Daytime

As a Veterinary Technician in this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with a talented team of boarded specialists, ER doctors and ICU team to provide exceptional care to pets in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition in an emergency and critical care setting
• Assist veterinarians with emergency procedures, including triage, wound care, and life-saving interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by the veterinary team
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies required for emergency procedures
• Collect and process laboratory samples, including blood work and urinalysis
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets' conditions, treatments, and progress
• Support the team by keeping the workspace organized and well-stocked
