Sales Manager

Position Overview: 

Fetch-A-Tech is seeking an experienced and results-driven Residential HVAC Sales Manager to lead and develop our team of Comfort Advisors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential HVAC sales, a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams, and a proven ability to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and holding the sales team accountable to performance goals while partnering with operations to ensure continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the residential sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. 
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in HVAC services and products. Review and revise sales plans annually. 
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
