Payment Resolutions & Billing Administrator

Your mission

This role is for someone who is looking to make a real investment in their career. Reporting to the Payment Resolutions Manager & Billing Manager, and working within the Payment Resolutions and Billing teams, to administer Billing of customer accounts and follow debt recovery and prevention procedures to minimise bad debt.  Every customer situation is different, and the role will require a high degree of adaptability, sensitivity towards consumers, balanced with an ability to negotiate and reduce arrears.  The post provides an opportunity for a self-starter to contribute to a new company and expand their knowledge as we grow and implement new systems. 

Your profile

• Billing Administration Tasks
• Addressing customer debt with sensitivity and in line with vulnerable customer policy and Ofcom regulations
• Administering financial transactions accurately 
• Generating payment links to allow payment 
• Chasing overdue payments via email and text
• Negotiating payment plans and managing through to completion
• Processing payment and management of allocations
• Following up on Direct Debit cancellations / failures
