🧭 What You’ll Do
You handle claims for our embedded insurance programmes, including gadgets, electronics, bicycles, furniture and more. You report to the Claims Lead. You carry your own claims file, make decisions within your authority, and grow into more complex claims as you learn. You'll work with AI tools every day. Not as a side project, but as the normal way we handle claims.
Your core responsibilities:
Handle claims from first notification to settlement or declinature, within your authority.
Review documentation and assess claims against the policy conditions, using AI tools to read, summarise and check files faster.
