VP, Capital Markets & Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

The VP, Capital Markets & Strategic Initiatives is a senior leader responsible for advancing the organization’s capital markets strategy, liquidity management, capital optimization, and related strategic initiatives.  This role leads the development and execution of strategies that support the organization’s long-term growth, desired capital profile, liquidity objectives, and financial flexibility across holding and operating companies.

This position reports to the SVP, Capital Management & Treasurer and will collaborate across Finance, Investments, Risk, and business teams to assess liquidity needs, evaluate funding alternatives, enhance liquidity management capabilities, and support strategic initiatives. Additionally, this position will serve as the primary contact for banking partners across the suite of products for consideration in F&G’s liquidity strategy and capital markets issuances and will represent the company with investors and other external stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in monitoring enterprise liquidity, enhancing liquidity reporting and forecasting capabilities and supporting governance processes. This leader works closely with the Vice President of Capital Management to ensure alignment between liquidity strategy, capital planning, and enterprise capital optimization.

This leader will help build scala
