The ideal candidate will bring a solid business understanding for sales operations, be proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Groove, Dialpad or similar sales management tools, knows how to optimize, streamline and scale sales processes, easily translate business requirements into systems solutions and thus enables sales teams to operate efficiently in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in implementing, operating and supporting sales technology tools, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes.
