Managing Director, UK

fifty-five is looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead our UK business.

This is a key leadership role within fifty-five, with full responsibility for the London office: its growth, clients, people, partnerships and P&L. You will work closely with fifty-five's leadership team as well as Brandtech Group's leaders to accelerate our position as a leading data and AI consultancy.

The role

As Managing Director, you will:

• Drive growth: own the UK growth strategy, originate new business, develop our sales pipeline and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Lead our clients: build trusted relationships with C-level executives and act as executive sponsor for our most strategic accounts.
• Own the P&L: take responsibility for revenue, profitability, forecasting, investments and resource allocation.
• Lead our people: attract exceptional talent, develop the leadership team and create a high-performing, entrepreneurial and inclusive culture.
• Accelerate Data & AI: identify new opportunities across AI, data, cloud and marketing transformation, ensuring our proposition stays ahead of the market.
• Manage strategic partnerships: strengthen relationships with key technology partners, particularly Google and Google Cloud, and turn them into joint opportunities and growth.
