Figma is hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to help us set a new standard for corporate communications at a public company. Successful candidates will go beyond setting strategy to help define a new model for how public companies communicate. This person will partner across the company — finance, investor relations, legal, brand, product and design — to mine and tell stories that drive conversation across audiences, formats and channels.
This role calls for range. You should be as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on X/Twitter. You’re capable of crafting campaigns around quarterly earnings and cultural moments. You can quickly learn and translate complex topics for a broader audience without dumbing it down. You embrace ambiguity, are collaborative by default, and are energized by the opportunity to build something new.
