As a Manager of Inside Sales, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives and Senior Inside Sales Representatives supporting customers across APAC. Your team will manage a range of customer motions, including inbound demand, unassigned accounts, renewals, expansion opportunities, and coverage for complex or multi-org accounts. You’ll ensure a best-in-class customer experience while driving predictable retention and growth outcomes.
You’ll play a key leadership role in scaling our Inside Sales organization across a diverse and fast-growing region. You’ll build an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in coaching, collaboration, and accountability, while partnering closely with regional Sales leaders, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer coverage, forecast accuracy, and execution.
