We're looking for a Payroll Program Manager to help scale Figma's global payroll operations and lead complex payroll initiatives across AMER and EMEA, with support for APAC initiatives as needed. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines deep payroll expertise with program management, operational execution, and cross-functional partnership.
You'll drive delivery of payroll initiatives from planning through implementation, including vendor implementations, new-country launches, process improvements, systems integrations, automation, and other initiatives that span Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, People, and external partners. You'll also stay close to payroll operations and provide processing or review support when needed.
