Senior People Operations Specialist
Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is based in San Jose, CA and requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration.
This is a senior, hands-on execution role for someone who's comfortable operating at both altitudes, thinking through systems and processes at a high level, then rolling up their sleeves to get the day-to-day right. You'll own HR operations end to end, acting as the go-to person for our HR platforms and vendor relationships, keeping leaves and accommodations running smoothly, and staying on top of compliance for our hourly workforce. You have a knack for taking undefined, messy processes and turning them into systems that just work at scale, and you're always looking for ways to make the employee experience better at every stage of the journey.

- Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end (onboarding, job changes, offboarding, records, verifications), ensuring every step is seamless, compliant, and audit ready.
- Continuously audit and elevate the employee experience, gathering feedback to remove operation
