We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Corporate Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire exceptional Sales Professionals and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
About the Position
This is not a position where you simply post job advertisements and wait for resumes.
We want a recruiter who knows how to find great people, start conversations, build relationships, and turn qualified candidates into successful hires.
You will work directly with agency leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies that support our continued growth.
Your primary focus will be recruiting talented insurance sales professionals, individuals with strong sales backgrounds, and customer service representatives who can deliver the level of service our clients expect.
