About the role
AI is creating roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Enablement Specialist and AI Governance, and our clients’ hiring managers are often filling them for the first time. That makes these searches hard. Requirements start vague, they change as the hiring manager learns, and few candidates have done the job before.
You’ll turn that ambiguity into hires. You’ll work directly with US hiring managers to define the ideal candidate, find people whose experience fits even when their title doesn’t, and present a slate every week that gets shar
