Chief Financial Officer

You'll be Firecrawl's first CFO. Finance here isn't a reporting function that closes the books and forecasts what engineering already decided. It sits inside the product: our pricing is usage-based, our cost of goods moves with the web itself, and the gap between the two is the most important number in the company. You'll own that number and everything that feeds it.

We just closed a $75M Series B, launched our second product, Alexandria, and are hiring at a pace that will nearly double the team. Finance got us here running lean, the way a company our size should. The next stage needs a function built for it: accounting and controls, FP&A, tax and treasury, billing and revenue recognition, capital strategy, and the board relationship, built without slowing the company down.

You'll report to our CEO, sit with the founders on every decision that costs money or makes it, partner with our General Counsel and Chief of Staff on the company's operating spine, and own how we deploy the capital we just raised and help raise the round after it.

Salary Range: $400,000–$453,000 USD/year
