Bilingual Collector (Part-Time)

First National Bank of America is looking for customer-focused candidates to contact borrowers with past-due mortgage accounts. We provide training for candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills, irrespective of their previous work experience. A successful Mortgage Collector should be goal-oriented and excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Initiating and receiving incoming and outgoing phone calls
