Loan Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Speak with customers to collect the information necessary
• Keep track of important dates and make sure nothing is missed
• Stay organized so all the details are in the right place
• Solve problems early and ask for help when needed
• Provide friendly, clear communication to customers and teammates
