Operations Representative (Temporary Coverage)

First Entertainment is seeking a temporary Operations Representative to join our Operations team and support a variety of back‑office processing functions across multiple desks. While representatives may be assigned a primary desk, the position is cross‑functional.  As the Operations Representative, you will be responsible for areas such as ACH, Wires, Check 21, Fiduciary Servicing, Legal Processing, Overdraft Solutions, Unclaimed Property, or Mobile/ATM Deposits.   The Operations Representative is responsible for performing accurate, timely, and compliant processing of member transactions, maintenance requests, and operational workflows. This role focuses on transaction processing, exception handling, and strict adherence to regulatory and procedural standards. Operations Representatives ensure operational accuracy, minimize risk, and deliver consistent member experience across assigned workflows.   This full-time, remote opportunity.
